Can I use ankle magnets in water?

PRO Tumble ankle magnets are not designed for use in or around water. This would be unsafe as well as damage the product.

PRO Tumble ankle magnets come in one size that fits all ages from kids to adults.

Do I need regular or extra strength?

Our regular strength ankle magnets are very strong and are suitable for majority of athletes. The extra strength option is recommended for strong adult and high level power tumblers. When you order this option we will add extra magnets to increase the strength for you.

Can I arrange a local pickup? 

Local pickup is not available.

How do I find out delivery cost? 

When you enter the checkout you will be provided with a shipping price for your order as well as options for standard or express shipping. Alternately you can email us and we will find out for you.

How and when do you send? 

We send our products via Australia Post. Most orders are sent within 2-3 business days of placing the order. Simply contact us for expected delivery dates.

What if I need my order urgently? 

Please let us know if you require your order to arrive by a certain date and we will assist where possible.

What if my item is faulty? 

All PRO Tumble products have a 1 year manufacturing warranty. If you receive a faulty item or it breaks within that 12 month warranty period then simply send us an email with photos and we will arrange a replacement right away.
