No Longer Shipping to USA

Although Australia Post has resumed shipping to USA, it is with great regret and sadness that PRO Tumble has made the decision to no longer accept orders from USA customers. The US government is requiring all international shipments to require Tariff payments in advance through a private Utah company (Zonos) and not to US Customs. This will result in extremely high order price for US customers and no protection of Tariffs prepaid should packages get lost or if we need to resend replacement items for faulty products etc. There is also concern with supplying our sensitive business information to this private US company as well as whether the funds will actually reach the US government. Should these barriers be removed in the future, at that point we will resume services to the USA. Thank you for your understanding.

USA Orders Temporarily Suspended

PRO Tumble regrets to inform US customers that until further notice we will be unable to accept orders from the United States due to a suspension of services by Australian Postal services as per their announcement today:

"As a result of the recently introduced changes to the import tariff requirements set out in US Executive Order 14324, Australia Post has joined a number of international postal operators to temporarily suspend partial postal services to the United States (US) and Puerto Rico, effective immediately until further notice."
